Who We Are
The EarlyON centre, which opened in May of 2022, is rooted in the local community and serves as an Early Years Hub where parents and families have access to a wide range of inclusive quality services and supports.
At our centre, parents and caregivers will experience a welcoming and safe place to participate in a variety of activities with their children. EarlyON Child and Family Centres provide opportunities for children from birth to 6 years of age to explore play in open-ended and inquiry-based activities with their parent/caregiver.
Our organization believes that children are competent, capable of complex thinking, curious, and rich in potential. We believe in the capacity of parents to raise resilient, healthy, successful people, and we want to support them in their role.
With the guidance of our qualified RECE professionals and through quality programs, families and caregivers will receive support in their roles, have access to community programs, information and services, and receive information and advice about healthy child development.
EarlyON Centres provide free programs to support children, parents, and caregivers in learning, growing, and connecting together. Our Centre is a part of the support system throughout the City of Hamilton that families need to do the most important work of parenting.
We recognize that parents are the experts of their children and know them best. Inviting and encouraging parents to participate, share, network, and get involved in our EarlyON Program is an important element of the family-centred environment we aim to create. We invite you to come, share and play with us. We look forward to meeting you and connecting with your family.
KEyON Registration
A new registration system KEyON is now available and will make accessing EarlyON programming faster and easier! Please visit the City of Hamilton webpage for more information about the KEyON system.
KEyON is a private and secure system that enables you to pre-register for your visits to an EarlyON program and allows our EarlyON centre to plan ahead to offer the best services possible.

Once you register, simply attend your local EarlyON centre to receive a key tag or QR code that will be used to quickly scan you in and out of any EarlyON centre you visit across Ontario.
